Hilton Istanbul Bomonti is the largest hotel and conference center in Istanbul, operating under the world-renowned Hilton brand—one of the most recognized and respected names in the global hospitality industry. With 34 floors and hundreds of guest rooms, meeting spaces, and event facilities, the hotel serves a diverse clientele, from international business travelers to high-profile event guests. Its location in a high-traffic area and proximity to major city landmarks requires exceptional attention to both safety and operational logistics.


Project Background
Hilton Istanbul Bomonti sought a flexible, non-disruptive upgrade to its vehicle access system—one that would improve control and automation at the hotel’s entry and exit points without requiring a full hardware overhaul. Many of the existing cameras lacked built-in license plate recognition (LPR) capabilities, but replacing them was not a viable option.


TRASSIR’s modular and highly compatible video analytics provided the perfect solution. By deploying AutoTRASSIR Parking INT and TRASSIR’s AutoUniversal Script, the hotel was able to automate its checkpoints without replacing legacy cameras. The system enabled the creation of multiple vehicle number plate lists and automatic barrier control, ensuring efficient and secure vehicle access for staff, guests, and VIPs. Alerts and notifications were set up for special vehicle categories, enhancing security responsiveness and overall user experience.

Project Results
The implementation of TRASSIR’s intelligent parking and access management system at Hilton Bomonti has significantly optimized vehicle flow and checkpoint security. The solution provided a high level of automation without the need to replace existing hardware, which saved costs and minimized disruption. Real-time notifications, flexible vehicle list management, and automated barrier control streamlined operations and improved the guest experience.
