Centralized video management for İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University
İzmir Kâtip Çelebi University has centralized its large-scale video surveillance infrastructure with TRASSIR VMS, bringing approximately 1,100 cameras from different manufacturers into a single management platform.
With a surveillance network of this scale, managing cameras from multiple manufacturers can make everyday monitoring and video investigation increasingly complex. Rather than replacing its existing equipment, the university needed a way to bring its existing infrastructure together within one stable and manageable system.
TRASSIR VMS now provides security operators with a unified interface for live monitoring, recorded video, and camera management. This makes it easier to work with a large and diverse surveillance network while preserving the university's existing camera investment.
Implemented together with VİZYONVERİ BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, the project demonstrates how an open and flexible VMS can modernize large surveillance environments without requiring a complete hardware replacement.
The solution also provides a scalable foundation for future expansion as the university's security requirements continue to evolve.
Read the full case study to discover how TRASSIR VMS simplifies the management of large, multi-brand surveillance systems.
